Christian Bobo Mpia - Welterweight

Christian was quite the standout character of the evening but fought a good fight nonetheless, that made him a worthy winner in his Welterweight division. The Congolese-native was cheerful from the start to the end of his fight, and even threw in a couple of dance moves to celebrate his win but remained humble.

Sors 'Guru' Grobbelaar who fights out of Twin Brothers, George, Western Cape with a pro record of 3-7-0 was certainly a favourite among the fans to win the heavyweight division. Although his fight wasn't too exciting as the division, he still gave the fans the best of him and went on to clinch a well-deserved win at the end of the evening.

Razell Mohamed - Women's Featherweight
Razell Mohamed
Razell 'The Machine' Mohamed who fights out of Young Guns Port Elizabeth was another favourite as she fought in the women's featherweight and went on to win both rounds of her fights, despite having to win by default through disqualification in the second round, after being tackled down and headbutted by opponent Khosi Mthetwa. Nonetheless, she was an entertaining fighter who showed great strength, dedication and consistency in the ring. She certainly showed female power and resulted in her in progressing to the final that will be held in Johannesburg. A humble fighter indeed.
