Cape Town All Stars are ready for Bidvest Wits
"We are not worried about Bidvest Wits," says Cape Town All Stars midfielder Justin Jacobus
It will prove to be one of the toughest fixtures in the Nedbank Cup when Cape Town All Stars take on PSL league chasers, Bidvest Wits later this evening (March 15).
The two sides will be meeting for the first time with CT All Stars led by Patrick Mabedi. Meanwhile Gavin Hunt's side will be pushing for a win having last won the cup in 2010 when they beat Amazulu 3-1 under Roger De Sá.
Former Ajax Cape Town midfielder Justin Jacobus says it will be a tough game against Bidvest Wits but they won't allow the pressure to get to them.
"We just have to believe in each other and play as a team and listen to what the coach tells us," Jacobus said.
"Yes, Bidvest Wits is a strong team with a lot of great players.
"I'm not worried about them because we have to focus on ourselves, and there's no pressure going into this game.
